Use your business email address. Accounts must be registered with a company email (for example you@yourcompany.com). Personal or free mailboxes — Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail/Outlook, iCloud, Proton/pm.me and similar — aren't accepted. Each business gets one account; if your company is already registered, ask an administrator there to invite you.
